🖤 Damned Cult® – Shipping & Delivery Policy (Global: EU, UK & USA)

1. SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Free worldwide shipping is provided for all orders.

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after purchase.

  • Standard delivery time is typically 7–14 business days, but may take up to 30 business days depending on destination and customs procedures.

  • Unless otherwise stated on the product page, items are shipped directly from our international warehouses.
    Products shipped from Turkey or local warehouses will be clearly specified on the product page.

  • Pre-order items require an additional 7–15 days for production and preparation before shipment.

Please note: All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high demand periods, customs checks, or local postal delays.

2. DELIVERY ISSUES

At checkout, customers are informed of the estimated delivery date before confirming their order.

If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, the customer has the right to request fulfillment within a reasonable additional period.
If the order is still not delivered within that time, the customer may cancel the contract and request a full refund, including any taxes and shipping fees.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Damned Cult® remains responsible for the shipment until it reaches the customer.
Upon delivery, customers have 3 days to report any visible damage or missing items to both the carrier and Damned Cult®.

3. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY & TRACKING

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers, which will be emailed once your package is dispatched.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address at checkout.
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the customer may be charged for reshipping.

4. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International shipments (outside the UK and EU) may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
