Refund policy

🖤 Damned Cult® – Return & Refund Policy (Global: EU, UK & USA)

1. CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you received it, without giving any reason (as required by EU/UK consumer law).
For U.S. customers, we also accept order cancellations before the order has been shipped.

To cancel your order, please contact us at info@damnedcult.com before shipment or within 14 days of delivery (for EU/UK customers).
Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
(Custom-made or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.)

2. RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days (EU/UK) or within 15 days (U.S.) of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition as received.

  • Hygiene-related items (such as bodysuits or underwear) cannot be returned.

  • Custom or personalized products are non-returnable.

If the returned item is not in its original condition (damaged, worn, or without packaging), we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

To initiate a return, please contact info@damnedcult.com with your order number and reason for return.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or

  • The wrong item was shipped.

We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.
Please use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

4. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties are non-refundable.

5. EXCHANGES

Due to international logistics and sizing variations, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, please return your item and place a new order once your refund is processed.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@damnedcult.com with clear photos or videos of the issue.
We will offer either a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs).
