DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

-Delivery is provided with free shipping.

-Your orders are mostly delivered to cargo on the same day.

-The delivery time of your orders is usually 7-14, at most 35 business days after they are delivered to the cargo.

-Since the products are specially produced, delivery times may be a little longer than normal. Please wait for your cargo to reach you.

-IT TAKES 7-15 DAYS TO PRODUCE AND PREPARE PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS
The CUSTOMER will be informed of the delivery date specified when selecting the carrier at the end of the online ordering procedure, before confirming the order. Deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days. If this is not possible, the CUSTOMER must formally notify the SELLER to deliver within a reasonable timeframe, and may terminate the contract if the product is not delivered within this timeframe. The SELLER will, without undue delay after receipt of the termination letter, refund the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, taxes, and delivery costs to the CUSTOMER, using the same payment method used by the CUSTOMER for purchase. The SELLER is responsible for the PRODUCT until it is delivered to the CUSTOMER. Please note that the CUSTOMER has a three (3) day period to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss noted upon delivery.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED. WHAT CAN I RETURN?

- If the products you receive are defective or torn, you can return them. Used, washed, smelly, damaged, or flawless products will not be accepted. Returns will not be accepted solely for size differences.

Our returns policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in their original packaging. Your product must be returned in its original packaging to the address we provide. Please do not return your purchase to our manufacturers.

If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. This situation is notified to the consumer in advance, as per Law No. 6502.

2. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

After your purchase, you have until the item ships to cancel or make any changes (discounted items are not eligible for cancellation). Any time after that, your order will already be processed and being prepared for shipping, so changes or cancellations cannot be made after it ships.

Once the product has been shipped, exchanges for reasons other than a different size, etc., are not accepted. Because products are shipped from abroad, global shipping costs are additional, and exchange requests based solely on incorrect sizing cannot be accepted. Please carefully review the size chart before ordering the correct size.
